Vendor Tent City
Be part of the 2nd Annual Jenks RiverWalk Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show — Hosted with Suite Shots Golf at Jenks RiverWalk. Vendor Tent City is positioned for strong foot traffic throughout the day as spectators move between the show lots, restaurants, and shops.
Important:
- This is a family-friendly event. No food vendors or multi-level marketing companies will be accepted.
- Vendors selling products must apply for a Muscogee Nation Tax Commission Temporary Vendor Permit ($50).
Vendor Setup & Hours
- Event Day: Saturday, April 18, 2026 (Rain Date: April 25, 2026)
- Public Hours: Opens 9:00 AM
- Vendor Load-In: Early morning between 7:15-8:45 (final arrival time and map sent after approval)
- Vendors must provide their own tent/table
Vendor Pricing
Standard Vendor Space — $100
- Vendor Tent City space (standard placement)
- Vendor listing on the event website (as applicable)
Community Vendor Space — $50
- Required Giveaway (Minimum Value $50)
- To keep the crowd engaged and drive traffic to Vendor Tent City, each vendor must provide one giveaway item valued at $50+ (gift card, product bundle, service voucher, swag pack, etc.).
- Giveaways will be promoted during the show and winners will be directed to your booth.
- Vendor Tent City space (community section closest to stage)
Vendor Guidelines
- Vendors provide their own tent/table/display
- No loud music, disruptive audio, or aggressive solicitation
- Must follow all RiverWalk property rules and event staff direction
- Vendor categories may be limited to avoid direct duplication
