Event Registration Waiver, Release of Liability & Code of Conduct

By registering for and/or participating in the Jenks RiverWalk Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show (“Event”), I (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms on behalf of myself and any passengers, guests, heirs, and assigns:

1) Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: vehicle movement, traffic, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, property damage, personal injury, illness, and other hazards that may arise from crowds, equipment, activities, or other participants. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of participation, whether known or unknown.

2) Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, death, property damage, theft, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, against:

• America Car Shows Inc., DBA Oklahoma Car Shows, and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents
• Suite Shots Golf, and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents
• Onefire Holding Company, and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents
• Jenks RiverWalk, the property owners/management, and all RiverWalk staff
• All event sponsors, vendors, volunteers, judges, affiliates, and any participating partners
  (collectively, the “Released Parties”).

3) Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation in the Event or my actions/omissions, including claims brought by third parties.

4) Vehicle Responsibility / Insurance

I certify that my vehicle is safe to operate and that I hold valid insurance as required by law. I am solely responsible for my vehicle, my property, and my conduct during the Event.

5) Right to Refuse Entry / Remove Participants

I understand and agree that Event organizers reserve the absolute right, in their sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, deny entry, or remove any participant or vehicle at any time (prior to or during the Event) for any reason including safety, conduct, noncompliance, or event operations. Entry fees and add-ons may be non-refundable where permitted by policy.

6) Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and family-friendly event, I agree to the following:

• No loud music or audio systems that interfere with the Event, announcements, judges, vendors, or guest experience.
• No burnouts, revving, racing, reckless driving, or unsafe behavior.
• No harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior toward judges, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, or other participants.
• No distractions, disturbances, or disorderly conduct that impacts Event operations.
• I will follow all Event rules, staff/judge instructions, parking directions, and property rules.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

7) Judging Integrity

I understand judging decisions are final and I agree to conduct myself respectfully. I will not confront, argue with, or harass judges or staff regarding scoring, placements, or awards.

8) Photo/Video Release

I grant the Released Parties the right to photograph and record me, my guests, and my vehicle during the Event and to use such media for promotional, marketing, and reporting purposes in any medium, without compensation.

9) Severability

If any portion of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10) Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By checking the box and submitting registration, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver, Release of Liability & Code of Conduct, and that I am at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian).
